Do you find yourself spinning the wheel most of the time? Trying to find the best way to stay focused and productive? If so you are in the right place my friend. Coming from a squirrel ADHD brain who always had trouble finding the way to be most productive and feel like I have everything together in the same place and not scattered around ten million different apps. I'm here to share with you my favorite productivity apps that will help you get your shit done! So let's dive in.

Notion
Notion… this is my number 1 go-to productivity app I use. I house EVERYTHING from personal to business here. The best part about notion is they give you a completely clean slate to work with. If you need a doc., table, to see visually, etc. they have it all. If you are like me though and the clean slate gets your brain going in a million different directions it probably shouldn't be or you are new to Notion they have templates you can start out with while you learn. I have 3 separate businesses and keep everything for each one housed in a notion database. This way I can keep up with everything right in one place which is the main thing I was looking for in a productivity app so I didn't have to keep switching from app to app.
Some examples of things I have made in notion are:
Calendar/Tasks to do
Content creation, best scheduling times, hashtags, etc.
Blog posts tracker and blogging manager
Financials
Project trackers and tasks needed to get done linked with those
Wellness tracker for things like my period tracker, makeup tracker so i remember the correct shades, etc.
Monthly, weekly, & Daily reflection journals
And so so much more
Seriously the possibilities with notion are endless and help your productivity excel to the next level! If you want to try out notion I have a Free shared notion database you can download below to use to mess around with it and see how you like it.
Spark
Spark….. Gone were the days of a messy inbox trying to juggle multiple business emails all over the place. Seriously not sure where I would be without this app. With Spark you can keep all your emails and inboxes in one place which is so convenient. You also can check through each one individually as well if you wanted to. It has so many features you can see all unread from every email you have, most recently seen emails in case you need to go back to one, you can also color code each email address you have to make it easier for you to check through them, Schedule emails, create signatures for each separate email and so much more. This truly has helped and changed my productivity game when going through and needing to reply to emails.
Later
Later first, let me tell you when it comes to running multiple businesses online I have tried pretty much every single social media scheduler out there, and for what later offers I haven't found one easier. My absolute favorite part of Later is how crazy easy they make it to create a post for let's say Instagram, then just with a couple clicks schedule that same post to Pinterest or Facebook. Gone are the days of copying and pasting the same exact content from one platform to another to schedule it out on every platform you are a part of. Some other great feature of Later is their AI Caption writer, it helps you come up with great content when you are in that blocked zone of creativity. They also have your tride and true features of calendar monthly and weekly views when scheduling.
One of the things I love that they just came out with recently is their creator database, so if you are a creator or use creators for your business they have that incorporated to for you. Everything you will need for a seamless easy breezy scheduling experience later has it. it has also thankfully sped up my scheduling process for all platforms as well which has been one of the nicest things when you are always having to schedule social media posts.
Google Drive
Ohhh handy google drive, now I know this one is a duhhhh Morgan every one knows and uses google drive, but well worth it. This is where I house pretty much everything I cant house in notion. So all my graphics, important papers, logos, receipts, you name it if it's a picture file it's on there.
I have mine categorized into 3 main top-level tiers Personal, Business, & Growth/Education. Then from there, my business folder goes into the tiers of each of my business names. Inside those they all look different but I keep folders for everything from content creation to finances and accounting to email lists, etc. It has really helped me to organize everything and make sure I keep it in a cloud as well as my computer just in case my computer would ever crashes one day I now know I won't lose everything.
Canva
Canva is another one I use daily, but I also use this kinda like google drive but more for my graphic design business. I go into Canva and create Projects as they call them or “Folders” for each of my businesses then have separate folders inside those for everything I need. This way it's all easy to get to and I have them right there anytime I need them. I have folders inside them for email templates, social media templates, branded color, and font templates, this way I don't always have to recreate or design everything and it saves so so much time. Since I have cleaned it up and organized it this way I have loved loved working in Canva all over again and it has made my content creation process so much easier and quicker.
Birch
Now Birch is a new app that i found on my iPad (You know shiny object syndrome over here) but I am so happy I did. This app has been a lifesaver for my messy camera roll. You know when you see something you like or want to refer back to it later, you screenshot it. Then most of the time when you go back to find it later you cant or it takes you ages to pull up that one thing you wanted. Well not anymore my friend, introducing you to Birch. Birch is an app exactly for just that, all your photos or screenshots saves and categorized by hashtags. So if you were to screenshot something for your social media say, then you can go upload it into Birtch and hashtag it with whatever hashtag you want all your social media stuff to be under and also leave notes if you wanted. So for example I have different hashtags in mine for my blog, social media, boutique, canva, finances, all the way to hair and nail designs i like. The app has made the days where I remember I screenshotted something about the topic I'm on to eventually not being able to find irt no more! If you are constantly screenshotting things to remember or go back to go download Birch and give it a try to see if you love it as much as I have.
Goodnotes
The Popular Goodnotes app this app has been one of my favorite things on my iPad. I am not really the person to use it for my digital calendar because my brain works better with paper and google calendar. what I do use good notes for a ton though is worksheets and workbooks. Anytime I buy or download personal growth or business growth worksheets and workbooks I find it way easier and better to put them in my good notes and fill them out there so I always have them to refer back to instead of having a clunky pile of paper that is just collecting dust at my desk. This has really been one of my favorite ways to use good notes. I have folders for each of my businesses and also a personal one where I can but whatever growth worksheet I have in that folder to work on it and then always have it for later without it taking up space.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is another tride and true staple productivity app for me. Now I am not one to plan out every single day in google calendar which is an overload on my ADHD brain and gives me anxiety, but what I do love to use it for is keeping any events or appointments or due dates in google calendar. I tend to forget everything like it's bad. So this way anytime I have an event, appointment, or die date I can schedule it right when it comes about then make sure I send me a notification a week, day, or hour before so that I can remember and stay on top of everything. It has been a lifesaver just for this little small task of mine and kept me productive.
Unroll Me
UnRoll me, this little app has saved me millions of hours, a cluttered email inbox, and a headache. UnRoll Me is an app you can use to go through your email and basically bulk unsubscribe to junk or pointless emails. As someone who gets tons of these and does not need them to clutter up my inbox so I can see important ones, this has been a favorite find of mine. I have mine set up for all; of my email addresses and you can just go through them in alphabetical order as they show you each email address you are subscribed to and you can either unsubscribe right there (quick, fast, and easy), or you can add them to your rollup which is the one email a day UnRoll will send you with all the emails you've put in rollup combined in it, or you can click keep to keep your subscription.
Conclusion
Whether you decide to try out all of these apps or just one I hope that by sharing some of my favorites it has helped you find a new way to be more productive in your day! All of these apps add something great to help you be more productive or save more time and that is why I love every single one of them. Let me know below if you use any of these and like them or what your favorite productivity app is!
